  • Acupuncture is the strategic placement of ultra-thin (thinner than a hair follicle) needles in acupoints that correspond to the patient’s condition.

    Acupuncture is painless and often relaxing. The goal of acupuncture is to renew the flow of Qi also known as ‘vital energy’ and restore the body to balance.

    In the initial treatment, we will address any concerns or issues, and identify any qi deficiencies or excesses to bring your body back to a state of homeostasis.

  • Cupping Therapy
    Cupping Therapy is an ancient healing practice that uses controlled suction to stimulate blood flow, release muscular tension, and support the body’s natural detoxification processes. There are two main techniques: static cupping, where cups are placed and left on specific areas to draw stagnant blood and toxins to the surface, and sliding cupping, where lubricated cups are gently moved across the skin to break up fascial adhesions, improve lymphatic drainage, and reduce muscular stiffness.
